1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by Sin City Scrappers, including but not limited to our junk removal and cleanup services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and any other policies or guidelines that we may publish. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

2. Our Services

Sin City Scrappers offers junk removal, cleanout, and debris removal services for residential, commercial, and construction needs. We handle a variety of jobs, from garage cleanouts to full demolition debris removal. You can request our services through our website, by phone, or via email.

3. Service Agreement

Once you request our services, we will provide an estimate based on the scope of the work. Our pricing is subject to change depending on the volume and nature of the materials to be removed, as well as the complexity of the job.

  • Service Charges: All charges for junk removal services will be outlined in the estimate and are subject to change based on the final amount of items removed. Additional charges may apply for items that require special handling or removal.

  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and other approved methods.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when requesting services, including the type of junk, debris, or materials to be removed.

  • Ensure that the area to be cleared is accessible and that there are no safety hazards for our team.

  • Make sure that any items to be removed are not hazardous or prohibited by law (e.g., hazardous chemicals, explosives, medical waste).

  • Confirm that all items to be removed are free of any personal items or valuable possessions.

5. Prohibited Items

Sin City Scrappers does not accept certain items for removal, including but not limited to:

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, asbestos, flammable liquids)

  • Explosives or weapons

  • Medical waste

  • Large quantities of wet or contaminated materials

If we determine that any prohibited items are part of your junk removal request, we may refuse the service, or additional disposal fees may apply.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Scheduling: We will work with you to schedule a convenient time for junk removal. Please note that time slots are subject to availability.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sin City Scrappers is committed to providing high-quality service, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific services rendered.

  • Property Damage: We take care to avoid damage to your property during service, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damages, or damage caused by the nature of the items being removed.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sin City Scrappers, its employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service or is deemed harmful to Sin City Scrappers, its employees, or other customers.

10. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the state of Nevada.
